How does the 30-scan free tier work?+
Every personal user receives 30 free AI receipt extractions per month. This count automatically resets on the 1st of every month. If you hit your limit, you can instantly unlock unlimited scanning by upgrading to Solo Pro or joining a Corporate Workspace.
How do I join my company's workspace?+
Your Finance Manager can generate a secure 6-digit Magic Token from the Web Portal. Open your mobile app, navigate to Settings, tap "Join a Company", and enter the token. Your app will immediately sync with your company's custom project codes and expense types.
Which bank statements can I import?+
The FieldLedger web portal features a powerful, customizable CSV upload tool. While it is pre-configured to match standard banking schemas, our import engine can be mapped to successfully reconcile transactions from virtually any major bank or local credit union.
What if my receipt has materials for multiple different jobs?+
Not a problem. When reviewing a scanned receipt, tap "Add Split Line" at the bottom of the screen. You can split the total amount across as many different Cost Codes and Projects as you need, as long as the line items match the receipt's total amount exactly.

Billing & Subscriptions

All Solo Pro and Corporate Workspace subscriptions are managed securely via Stripe on our web application. To update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your subscription, please log in to your dashboard at app.usefieldledger.com and navigate to the Billing section.
